Monday 7:30 pm Intermediate & Beyond Belly Dance Technique & Choreography Classes Part 2 in Choreo

6 week session  Feb. 19th - March 25th 

Monday Nights 

7:30 pm Belly Dance Technique - Intermediate Level & Beyond 

Level: Intermediate & up, at least 2 years of Dance Experience recommended. 

We focus on Raqs Sharqi Technique ( or know as Belly Dance ) in this class. 

Strengthen your shimmies, footwork, arm paths, undulations, and hip articulations in this fast paced, continuously moving class. 

You will build endurance in the dance by moving for the whole hour.  Some combos will be taught to enhance our strength and fluidity in our dance.  We will touch on musicality and rhythms.

8:30 pm  30 Min Focus Class "Learn Choreography for Zay Asal " PART 2 

"This is the part 2 of Choreo class"

This class is only open to students who take the Belly Dance Technique - Intermediate & Beyond level. 

We will start to work on a Choreography to the song "Zay Asal"  translated from Arabic to English "Like Honey" orignally sung by the famous singer Sabah. We will be working with a verson sung by Tony Mouzayek. 

This is a classic song and one of Emily Marie's faveorite to dance too. 

With this class there is video recordings for practice and learning the chroeo included in this price. 

There will be options to perform in a group with this song- only if dancers are comfortable and conifident. 

You can still learn this choreography if you don't want to perform on stage. 

Take just the 1 hour or take both for  1.5 hours of training with Emily Marie.
