Milford OH Belly Dance Classes - Tuesday 6:30 to 7:30 pm

Belly Dancing is excellent for your core, arms, legs, and back. Learn to belly dance for physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual expansion. Dance Etc.’s belly dancing classes are perfect for any experience level and any age. Our previous belly dancing classes have ranged in age from 18 to 71 years old. And no, you don’t even have to show your belly!

We’re so excited to have Emily Marie teaching our Bellydancing classes. A Professional dancer, teacher, and artist who focuses on Raqs Sharqi, Emily Marie teaches beginner to advanced level students and shares the art of the dance and the culture in all her classes. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Emily Marie has also lived and worked in Vancouver, Canada. She has about 20 years under her belt of studying this dance form, teaching, and being a working professional dancer. Whether on the stage or the studio she shares her joy and passion for the dance. Join her for a Beginner Belly Dance class where you will learn the beginnings of Belly Dance Movements. We will focus on hip articulation, fluidity, posture, foot work, and learn some Arabic Rhythms typically used in music. This is a beginner class, no dance experience needed, just an open heart ready to dance.

Tuesday 6:30-7:25pm Beginner Belly Dance Technique Classes

Belly Dance Basics for 1 hour with Emily Marie.

These classes are ongoing no class is the same we go over belly dance technique and it is taught at a beginner level.

8-week Adult Class Tuition: $136 ($17/class)Register by 1/1/24 and only pay $120 every 8 weeks ($15/class)

Adult Class Information & Policies (UPDATED FOR 2025):

• Adult classes will run continuously from January to June, with payment every 8 weeks.

• Our traditional 4-week notice for withdrawals will also take effect for Adult students.

• Easily make-up missed classes in ANY of our Adult classes – just give us a call!

• $20 drop-in rate for any Adult class.

• Register before the session starts to secure the best price!
