Dec. 4 - 18th Monday 7:30 pm Intermediate Belly Dance Technique and 8:30 pm 30 min Choreography Review

Intermediate level

For dancers with at least 2 years of experience in raqs sharqi or fusion or some form of dance ect.

Not a beginner class.

Belly Dance Technique Class

7:30 to 8:30 pm

Take it to the next level  Intermediate & up.

Strengthen your shimmies, footwork, arm paths, undulations, and hip articulations in this fast paced, continuously moving class. You will build endurance in the dance by moving for the whole hour.  Some combos will be taught to enhance our strength and fluidity in our dance.  We will touch on musicality and rhythms.

30 min Focus Class  Choreography REVIEW for Enta Omri and Raqs Assaya Choreo 

8:30 to 9 pm

30 mins Choreography Class we will be going over "Enta Omri" choreo and Raqs Assaya in these 30 min Focus Class. 

You will need to know  most of the choreo to take the class 

30 min class times we start right into the choreo there is no warm up for 8:30 to 9 pm class. 

Recommended you have at least 2 years of dance experience and some experience with dancing with assaya.

We will work on a Choreo that we will perform. You do not have to perform to take the class. 

Only dancers who know the choreo and feel confident in dancing will perform. 

Please bring you own assaya to class I will have some to lend. But having your own assaya means you will practice. 

This class is offered if you take the 7:30 pm Belly Dance Technique class before.
