6:45 - 7:45 pm Belly Dance Technique - Beginner level
Learn a gentle and soft way to move your body in a supportive atmosphere while also learning about the cultures and music of the Middle East.
Everyone is welcome in this beginner class where you will learn the fundamentals like shimmies, strong hip movements, and isolations to upbeat music that will make you forget that you’re breaking a sweat and getting stronger.
You don’t need dance experience to take this class; just an open heart and willingness to learn!

30 min Focus class- Raqs Assaya review class
Nov. 19, Dec. 3, and Dec. 10th - 3 extra pracitices
You will need to know the Raqs Assaya choreography in order to take this class.
We will have 4 classes to review choreography before our show on Dec. 17th
THIS CLASS is only taught IN PERSON.
*Kia will be teaching Nov. 12th the first class - we will only have the 1 hr technique class
Emily Marie will be back to teaching Nov. 19th - and will finish the session.
