6:45 - 7:45 pm Belly Dance Technique - Intermediate Level & Beyond
Level: Intermediate & up, at least 2 years of Dance Experience recommended.
We focus on Raqs Sharqi Technique ( or know as Belly Dance ) in this class.
Strengthen your shimmies, footwork, arm paths, undulations, and hip articulations in this fast paced, continuously moving in this class. You will build endurance in the dance by moving for the whole hour. Some combos will be taught to enhance our strength and fluidity in our dance. We will touch on musicality and rhythms.
* you can take this class by itself or combine with the 7:45 pm 30 min Focus Class after

Zay Al Hawa - Choreography class 1 hour.
Learn our FALL choreography to a classic song "Zay Al Hawa" translates to "Like the Air"
this song become popular by the famous singer Abdel Halim Hafez. We will be dancing to an instrumental version of this song.
We will be learning an instrumental version of this song to perform at Dec. 13th Twinkle Holiday Showcase and other performances throught the year. YOU DON'T have to perform to take the class.
Take this choreo class by itself or take with the technique class before and get extra training.
This class is not taught online only in person at studio Z.
NOT a Beginner Choreo - Intermediate and beyond level. *
THIS CLASS is only taught IN PERSON.
Video homework on an unlisted youtube link will be included in this class.
